We draw our staff mainly from our countries of operation, because they are aware of local needs, conditions, laws and customs.
All of our staff are trained procurement specialists, with professional qualifications in supply chain management and additional training in the management of public procurement in IFI funded projects.
Between us we speak English, Russian, Romanian, Polish, Farsi, Uzbek, Georgian, Hindi and German, and each and every one of us has spent considerable time on site in our countries of operation.
